We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary while maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of your order.

  • Colors, styling, and presentation may vary slightly from photos shown on the website or social media.
  • All boards and grazing displays are handcrafted and uniquely styled.
  • Certain products may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, or cured meats processed in shared facilities.


We strongly encourage guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions to notify us prior to booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are prepared fresh and customized for each event, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following policy:

  • Cancellations made 4 or more days before the event date are eligible for an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.


Deposits and specialty custom orders may be non-refundable depending on the scope of the event.

If Cured & Cultured must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and allergy requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
